Delivery Options and Fees

We are committed to delivering your purchases quickly and reliably within our service area. Please find our delivery options below:

• Courier Service for Small and Lightweight Items
  - Available for deliveries within London, Ontario, and up to 2km beyond the city boundaries.
  - Fees:
      - Orders under $100 (before taxes): $10 1-2 business day delivery.
      - Orders over $100 (before taxes): Free 1-2 business day delivery.
  - Our 3rd party delivery service will endeavour to hand the goods to you but will leave them at the delivery address if no one is there to receive the goods. Copp’s Buildall is not responsible for lost or stolen goods if you are not available at the time of delivery.

• Standard Delivery for Large or Heavy Items
  - For large or heavy items, our standard fee for delivery within the city limits of London Ontario is $50.00. Rates will subsequently increase the farther the delivery address is from London. Our sales team can tell you by your address what delivery zone you are in and what fees will apply. Standard delivery places your order on your driveway only. For additional delivery services please contact our sales team at any Copp’s Buildall store.

Pickup Options

We also offer customer the option to pick up in-store (curbside may be requested for people who need additional assistance):

• In-Store Pickup: Place your order online and pick it up at your preferred Copp’s Buildall location during regular business hours. Please wait for a confirmation before going to retrieve your items.
• Curbside Pickup: Please call or email us to request this option. We'll bring your order directly to your vehicle when you notify us you have arrived.

Delivery Timeframes

We strive to delivery order orders as quickly as possible:

• We can usually accommodate next business-day delivery for orders received before 2pm. Please call to confirm if this is a requirement.
• For local courier delivery we can usually have your order delivered the same or the next business day depending on volume and availability.

Real-Time Inventory Availability

Our website displays real-time inventory updates.  This ensures that items listed as "in stock" are available for immediate delivery or pickup.  Please be aware that while we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory records, we cannot guarantee that the quantities listed are always correct.

For special orders or out-of-stock items, estimated delivery times will be provided after we have reviewed your order.

Shipping Restrictions

• Our courier service is limited to only London, Ontario and nearby areas.
• Some products may be excluded from courier delivery due to their size or weight.
• We can generally deliver to your job site or home within a 200km radius of London, Ontario.

Display Product Ordering

• Some products on display in the store may not be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• These display products can be ordered and will be delivered to the customer's preferred address within our normal delivery area as noted above.
• Customers can place an order for display products through our in-store sales representatives.
• Estimated delivery times and any associated shipping fees are the same as online orders as noted above.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email with the order details after the order is placed.

Returns and Exchanges

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a return or exchange. You can review our terms and conditions here.
