Delivery Terms

Courier Delivery:

For small and lightweight items, courier service is available within London and the immediate surrounding area (2 km outside of city boundaries). There is a nominal charge of $10 for any order under $100.00 (before taxes). Any order $100 and over (before taxes) will be delivered by the next business day free of charge. Our 3rd party delivery service will endeavour to hand the goods to you but will leave them at the delivery address if no one is there to receive the goods. Copp’s Buildall is not responsible for lost or stolen goods if you are not available at the time of delivery.

Standard Delivery:

For large or heavy items, our standard fee for delivery within the city limits of London Ontario is $50.00. Rates will subsequently increase the farther the delivery address is from London. Our sales team can tell you by your address what delivery zone you are in and what fees will apply. Standard delivery places your order on your driveway only.
